On-Line Utility Bill Payment Now Available

Effective immediately the City of Marysville has begun accepting on-line credit/debit card payments for City Utility (water, sewer, trash, and storm water) bills.  To take advantage of this payment option, please visit the City website at www.marysvilleohio.org and access the link marked “Utility Bill Payment” under the Finance Department sub-menu or under the Resident Information – City Services sub-menu.  There you will have the choice to make a single payment using the account information from your utility bill or you can set up a user account to have access to a 12 month history of all utility bills and any disconnect/reminder notices associated with your account number and address.  Setting up the user account will also give you the option to pay your bill on-line with a credit or debit card.  The City of Marysville accepts Visa, MasterCard, and Discover for payment.  Utility customers will continue to have the option of paying by cash, check, or credit/debit card at the utility office (221 South Plum Street), paying by credit/debit card over the phone (937-642-6861), direct debit through the City’s ACH process, or by mailing a check or money order to 125 East Sixth Street, Attn: Utility Billing Department.
